Some courses include supplementary audio notes. This is intentional: written content is more referenceable, searchable, and enables deeper engagement than passive video watching.

Courses are delivered as downloadable files. Once you have downloaded the materials, they are yours permanently with no expiry date, subscription, or further access requirements.

Most courses are designed for completion in 4–8 weeks when following the suggested pace of 3–5 hours per week. However, you study at your own pace. Some students move faster; others prefer to take longer and implement deeply as they go. There is no deadline.

Courses are entirely self-paced with no live sessions. If you want live, personalised guidance, that is available through the consulting and coaching services.

Yes. A digital certificate is issued upon request after you have completed all modules and submitted a brief completion summary to the support email. Certificates include your name, course title, and completion date.

Consulting is focused on a specific problem or strategy. You bring a situation; I analyse it and provide structured recommendations. Coaching is an ongoing relationship focused on your development over time, involving regular sessions, accountability, and iterative support. Consulting is transactional and project-based; coaching is relational and continuous.

Fill out the consultation request form on the Consulting page, specifying the service area and your preferred package. I will respond within 48 business hours to confirm availability and provide payment instructions. Sessions are scheduled after payment confirmation.

All sessions are conducted via video call — Google Meet or Zoom, based on your preference. A calendar invitation with the meeting link is sent after payment confirmation.

Following every session, you receive a written summary document covering: key discussion points, specific recommendations, prioritised action steps, resources referenced, and any follow-up notes. This is sent via email within 24–48 hours of the session.

Before the session, write down your top 3 goals for the call, the specific challenges you are facing, and any background context (your current platforms, audience size, business model, what you have already tried). The more specific you are, the more useful the session will be.

Yes, with advance notice. Let me know when booking and I will confirm. You may record for personal reference only — sessions may not be shared publicly.

Yes. Monthly mentorship and quarterly advisory packages involve a brief application process to ensure it is a good fit for both parties. This is a short written form asking about your goals, current situation, and expectations. I review and respond within 72 hours.

The displayed course prices are exclusive of GST. An 18% GST amount is calculated and shown during checkout. The final amount shown on the payment page is the total amount to transfer.

Yes. Email your GST registration number and legal business name after payment and a GST invoice will be issued.

Prices are listed in INR and payment is processed in INR. International transfers are accepted via bank transfer, though conversion fees are the responsibility of the sender.

A 7-day refund window applies from the date of purchase. If the course content genuinely does not match what was described on the course page, email within 7 days with your Order ID to request a refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window has passed, after more than 3 modules of a course have been accessed/downloaded, or for reasons such as "I changed my mind" or "I found something cheaper." The course description is detailed — please read it carefully before purchasing.

Consulting session fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Cancellations with 24+ hours notice will receive a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the session fee.

After payment is verified, you will receive an email with download links to all course materials. Download and save them to your device. All content is accessible offline after download.

Download links remain active for 30 days from the date of issue. If you need to re-download after this period, email with your Order ID and new links will be provided.
