These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NoorEducative.XYZ (the "Website") and the purchase of any products or services offered therein. By accessing this Website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use this Website.
NoorEducative is operated by Deepayan (hereinafter "we", "us", or "our"), an independent individual operating from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
By using this Website, placing an order, or engaging with any service offered, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NoorEducative.
NoorEducative offers digital educational products (courses, guides, templates, and associated materials) and one-to-one consulting and coaching services. All products are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods sold through this Website.
Course content is delivered as downloadable files upon payment verification. Consulting services are delivered via video call as described on the Consulting page.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate is added during checkout. Final amounts inclusive of tax are shown on the payment page.
Payment is accepted via UPI, NEFT, IMPS, and RTGS bank transfer. Payment details are provided at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification, which occurs within 4 business hours of receiving payment confirmation and screenshot.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Orders placed at a given price will be honoured at that price regardless of subsequent changes.
Upon payment verification, you will receive an email at the address provided during checkout containing download links to your purchased course materials. Download links are active for 30 days from the date of issue. If you require re-access after this period, contact us at DeepayanXZ@outlook.com with your Order ID.
Delivery timelines are within 4 business hours of payment verification during business days (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST). We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided during checkout.
All content on this Website, including but not limited to course materials, articles, frameworks, templates, worksheets, guides, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of NoorEducative and its owner, Deepayan. All rights are reserved.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased materials for your own personal and professional development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publish, sublicence, or create derivative works from any purchased material without explicit written permission.
Violation of these intellectual property terms will result in immediate termination of your licence with no refund, and may result in legal action.

A 7-day refund window applies from the date of purchase for digital course products. To request a refund, email DeepayanXZ@outlook.com within 7 days with your Order ID and a brief explanation. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not available after 7 days, after more than 3 modules of a course have been accessed, or for reasons unrelated to the course content not matching its description. The full Refund Policy is available at nooreducative.xyz/legal/refund.php.
Consulting session fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place. See the Consulting page for cancellation terms.
This Website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. NoorEducative does not guarantee that course content will produce any specific outcome, result, or level of income for any individual student. Results depend on effort, circumstances, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, though we take reasonable steps to maintain a secure and functional environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoorEducative and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Website, any purchased product, or any consulting service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
